About 12 months ago, I started becoming curious about the potential benefits to health from understanding and then rebalancing my life back to our essential connection with the cycle of the earth, or as you probably know it, circadian rhythm. I was a little bit hesitant at first, and I kind of just 'tip-toed' around the edges a little, trying to put aside my mind that was saying to me it was all a bit 'out there'. 

After all, health was all about what we ate, and how we moved... wasn't it?

The longer it sat in my curiosity cup, the more curious I got, and the more I started to explore.  And it was a dance of 2 steps forwards, 1 step backward. Some things I didn't understand were how it could do what was claimed it could do, and it required me to change my thinking! 

Long story short, I eventually took a deep dive into it all, and read, studied, and learned as much as I could about it to make it all make sense. And when we teach, we learn! So I started to share it within my Art of Thriving group as well. I saw many of them do 'the dance' of learning something new. A tentative toe in that direction, but not in that one!  They took to the beautiful dance of learning something profoundly new.

I said to my group the other day, "You can't 'unhappy me'!" 

And I want to show you how this is possible for you too.

We can look through many lenses to understand and improve our physical and mental health. Perhaps you've looked at it through nutrition, movement, sleep, breathing, therapy, thoughts/beliefs. And the wonderful thing is, the more ‘lenses’ you can look at your own life through the better!

Simply because it increases your understanding of your whole self.

The immense joy I have had learning this, putting it into practice (action!) in my life (which is the only way information becomes meaningful), and then sharing it with my family, my clients, and my groups, and seeing THEM take incredible leaps forward in their insights, spirit, joy, and growth has been so enriching and why I do the work I do!
