"What an incredible weekend!"

About the event:

It can be tough to know what it takes to remain healthy or to return from illness. There is so much information out there, much of it conflicting, it can be virtually impossible to work it out. And even if we land on the truth, how do we use it to make real, sustained, changes in our lives?

The end goal of having health is always the same. We want to feel alive, and vibrant, and have the physical energy we need to live a thriving life! However, while the end goal may be the same for all of us, the path we take to get there can look very different.

How have these health professionals navigated this?

This is what this 2-day seminar is about.

Over 2 incredible days, you will hear from several exceptional health professionals about their lived experiences in health and healing—both from their perspective and the perspective of their patients/clients.
